ADMISSION WITHDRAWAL AND FEE REFUND RULES
DATE OF ADMISSION: -It is the date of registration or date of first attendance of the student, whichever is earlier.
Fee Refund Rules
1.For fee refund the parent/guardian need to submit a request to the institute. The date of submission of request shall be called the “date of withdrawal”
2.Refund rules are as under
(a)Date of withdrawal within 10 days from date of admission : Deduction: 20% of Actual fees.(b)Date of withdrawal within 20 days from date of admission : Deduction: 40% of Actual fees (c)Date of withdrawal after 20 days from date of admission : No refund
3.The refund shall be made with calculations on the “actual prescribed fees” for that course and not for any discounted fee deposit.
For Session 2026-27
Class 12th Physics Fees : Rs. 40,000/-
Class 11th Physics Fees: Rs. 35,000/-
Suppose a student has deposited a concessional fees of Rs. 30,000/- and request for withdraw within 10 days, then deduction shall be 20% of actual fees, i.e. Rs. 40,000/- which comes to be Rs. 8,000/- so the refundable amount shall be Rs. 22,000/-
4.If any instalment is deposited, then also the deduction shall be made on the actual fees.
5.While calculating the number of days between date of withdrawal and date of admission, it doesn’t matter that how many days the student is present or absent in classs.
6.Any refund, when processed and approved, shall be made through an account payee postdated cheque drawn in the date of month of September of the year of admission. No immediate refund shall be made. However, the post- dated cheque of September shall be issued immediately.
